Day 1
Well it’s hot, the three swimmers have been in action in the 50m pool for two 2hr sessions and an hour of land training so far, only complaint is so far that the pool is a salt based purification so tastes funny. Haven’t seen jocelyn since breakfast but rumour has it she’s found the cocktail bar up the road.

Day 2
Another great days swimming. Abbie had the flume analysis session at 9:30am before we all started at 11am for 2hours. Jocelyn has been by the pool for the day after doing a 2hour walk into town yesterday, then a taxi back,. Photo attached after tonight’s session of the girls in there NGSA t-shirt.

Day 3
Today was our rest day, with a trip to Siam water park. A great day was had by all with Nick’s son joining us. Jocelyn did every flume including the tower of power, with Maddison being the only one to forfeit the challenge on the grounds that it looked too high of a drop. Lol.

Day 4
Well the hottest day here so far 32 scorching degrees and the swimmers definitely know it with some good panda eyes from the goggles and white hair lines where the swimming hats have been, various strap marks as well.
Jocelyn has been in the sun again so is getting browner if that’s possible.
Nick also complemented on Cortneys session this afternoon, at which point she asked was he joking, never a dull moment.

Day 5

Another great day over here with the two swim sessions in the day and Nick talking the swimmers through nutrition this afternoon before the second swim.todays was Courtneys last day, and Nick said how sad he was, honest. Abbie and Maddison still have one more day though so we will have more updates for you tomorrow.

Day 6
Only Maddison and Abbie swam today, but a very good last day of training with Nick, and don’t worry everyone I have all the sets from Nick lol.

Day 7
All set for our return home, looks like jocelyn has won the best tan competition though it has been said that if she stayed home she would have still won.
