Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder that there will be no training sessions this weekend due to the County gala all weekend.

Notices:
- Cakes for the tea & coffee stall are required please, drop them in tonight or over the weekend.
- Free parking for attendees of the gala is available on the Allerdale house car park, NOT on the pay & display car parks.
- Officials and helpers over the weekend, please note no water bottles are being issued but water butts for refilling your personal bottles are being provided, please bring your own bottles.

Swim well all those at the gala this weekend, and parents be supportive unless you can swim to the same standard 😊
