Hi Everyone,

Well what a first weekend on the County champs it was, some really good swims over the two days, great to see so many in finals from the club and winning age groups. Lets see what this coming weekend brings at Kendal.

A few updates for you all:
Workington sessions – this Saturday and Sunday there will be no swimming or land training due to the gala at Kendal and availability of coaches, sorry. Friday will run as normal.

Trophy return – we need everyone to return the trophies from last year’s presentation night this week so we can sort everything out for the party night in a weeks’ time.

Cumbria Counties – Marshalling this weekend is in the sports hall, so bring something warm to wear as its cold in there, also remember to take your drinks bottle with you into marshalling, as you could be in there for some time. The warmup times for Sunday afternoon has changed at Kendal to 12:15pm for the Counties this coming weekend, so can all swimmers be on poolside 15minutes beforehand, all other times are the same.

Party night – this is on Saturday 26th at the Masonic hall in Workington, the team have a list of food plates required, so can everyone please put themselves down on the list, which should be pinned up on the balcony each night if its not ask one of the team as it will be in the timing room.
