Hi everyone,

Hope your all ready for Saturday nights party and presentations, so the first few items of update are linked to this and please note the time change to start at 6:30 sharp for the presentations.

Party night - this Saturday 26th Jan 6:30pm, if you haven't put your name down on the sheet for the food to bring please make sure you do so ASAP, the sheets are either up on the balcony wall or with us on poolside, please make sure you all contribute to what is always a great night.

Trophies return - we are still missing approx 30, if you still haven't returned you trophies, we need them back for Friday night at the latest, so the next recipients aren't disappointed on Saturday night.

Land training - starts again on this Saturday and Sunday, this is a game changer for anyone who attends as we work on your core muscles to help with your swimming, and at only £3 a session to cover our charges from GLL, it's a bargain.
