Updates for you:

County Champs feedback – Cumbria Exec. , please ensure as many people as possible complete separate returns so they get all the facts good and bad by Monday next week 4th February.

Squad trials – the coaches have moved a number of swimmers up for trials in to the next squads, please understand these are trials and may result in swimmers being moved back down if the coaches feel they are not benefiting at this time from the move.

Sunderland gala – forms need to be returned today please if your wanting to do this gala.

Griffin Gala – forms for this gala are in the timing room, this is only for swimmers aged between 9 and 12 as of 9th of March

Diddy League – this is for 9 to 11 year olds who are at this age on the 16th March. Dates are 16th March, 18th May and 15th June.
Round1 is at Copeland
Round 2 will be either Penrith or Carlisle
