Day 1 of the 2019 Summer Splash has finished on a high.
Two fantastic team performances from our 9-12 yr girls relay teams. Some outstanding individual performances producing one gold and two bronze medals. Some very close races just finishing outside the medal places and plenty more PBs smashed.

Well done to all the swimmers who raced today and let’s do it all again tomorrow.

Big thanks also to Alison and Ronnie for looking after the swimmers all day.

They have asked me to say how chuffed they have been with the performances today and also the impeccable behaviours of the swimmers. The swimmers have done the club proud.
