Just a few notices to share with you,

Presidents gala forms – the remainder of these need to be in by the middle of August so we can process (attached form), the coaches do expect all swimmers to have a try at this gala and show support for the club, we will need lots of helpers, cakes, etc when we get to the date, so you have all been warned in advance.

Tri-Go sponsored event – the closing date for entries is today, so please make sure you have submitted your entry and got your sponsor form from the Friends Of team.

Look forward to seeing you all this afternoon for Swim and Land Training.
