Just so your all aware the session times are as follows for tomorrow (Sunday):

Session 7 warm up is 9am for 9.45am
Session 8 warm up is 12pm for 1pm
Session 9 warm up is now 2.45pm for 3.45pm (amended)

so no Swim sessions or land training this Sunday
