we want to start trying to understand what we need to do when we go back to swimming, to this end we have produced a simple questionnaire to start our planning process and give us some data to build scenarios for lane and pool time.

We need all of you to complete this but please understand we will not be returning until we have the approvals from all the governing bodies, interested parties and a risk assessment is completed.
